The Latin Club is made up of students that are taking or have taken Latin at Springfield High School.

Magistra T, one of SHS's Latin teachers, sponsors this club. The first Latin Club meeting will be Tuesday, August 12, at 7:15 AM in Mrs. T's room!

• Officers will be elected and upcoming events discussed. Visitors and potential members are welcome to attend.
• Check the Calendar for future meetings and other events. Special Events and Announcements Fund for Afghan Children---Every Latin student donated money to the Fund for Afghan Children.

Latin Club Banquet---Scheduled for early December. Plans for servi et domini in progress....exact date TBA. Toga Day---Latin students will wear togas to school.....date TBA.

Hello Teachers, I believe this may be a better format. Certainly for clubs and organizations, but also for some teachers. The Announcements can go on the Home page to keep content there "fresh". The Assignments can be posted on the new Calendar allowing present, future, and even past assignments to be available on the web.
